Eddie Ramey
Founder/CFO (Colorado Springs & Denver Metro Area)
A native of Colorado Springs, Eddie and his wife Megan (a Springs native as well), are happy to be raising their three daughters in the same community where he spent his childhood. He started Crestone Roofing because he saw a major need to bring a business mindset, focused on relationships, to a severely scrutinized industry. When he isn’t at the office or home with his wife and daughters, Eddie enjoys skiing, fishing, golfing, and exploring the mountains. Along with his partial ownership of Crestone Roofing, he is the owner and client wealth manager at The Crestone Company. He has been working with clients in the financial services industry for nearly 20 years.
Luke Jones

Native of Nebraska has been in the construction industry since he was 17.
He worked his way through college as a roof installer, home framer and years laying hardwood floors. He and family moved to Colorado in 2010 where he began his professional career in the building industry. In 2018, Luke and Eddie created the
Crestone Roofing Brand and in 2020, Luke took on the role as CEO of Crestone Roofing. This began a lifelong dream of owning and operating a business. Creating an impactful business that is focused on raising the standard of the roofing industry and creating an environment where Crestone Roofing employees can thrive and make a life long career with our company.
Matt and Paige Ramey
Managing Partners
Matt and Paige are a husband and wife roofing team. Matt is a Colorado Native, and Paige has lived in Colorado for 16 years. They are managing partners at Crestone, and feel blessed to work with such a talented and knowledgeable team. Honesty, high-quality work, and customer satisfaction are their priorities. Roz Enriquez
General Manager
Roz was born and raised on the island of Oahu in the state of Hawaii. She moved to Colorado in 2017 where she entered the roofing industry and took over the operations role at a local roofing company right here in Southern Colorado. In 2022, Roz joined our Crestone Roofing team to take over the roll as Controller, overseeing financials and assisting in the day-to-day operations. In 2024, Roz was promoted to general manager, where she oversees all daily operations, ranging from large commercial projects to service and maintenance, as well as the residential division of Crestone Roofing.

Don Ward
Production Manager, Denver Metro

Don recently graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi. He moved to Colorado in July of 2023 with his fiancee to accept a position with Crestone Roofing as a Project Manager in the Denver Metro area. Don oversees and manages our Denver projects and works onsite daily with our residential customers, doing initial inspections and quality control job walks. Don plays a pivotal roll in the success of our Denver Division’s success.
Josh Stanley
Outside Sales

Josh Stanley relocated to Colorado two years ago from Oklahoma. Josh began his career as a golf professional, then transitioned into the construction industry five years later. He accepted a position as the lead estimator and senior CAD designer for an earthwork and utility company in Norman, Oklahoma. In 2022, Josh moved to Colorado and joined an engineering firm as part of their survey and design team. In 2024, he found an opportunity at Crestone Roofing after speaking with a mutual friend of the owners of Crestone Roofing. He applied for the position of Territory Manager for Colorado and was hired. He currently works as the sales leader for Crestone roofing, specializing in both the residential re-roof and commercial sales. Josh exemplifies every core value upheld by Crestone Roofing and has proven to be a valuable addition to our sales division.
Jake Barber
Outside Sales, Denver Metro
Jake Barber, a college graduate with a degree in business and an ex-college baseball player, finished his college career and accepted the roll of outside sales with Crestone Roofing. Jake focuses on generating business from our local partners in Real Estate, Insurance industry and the HOA community. He brings a strong dynamic to the business by demonstrating the Crestone Core Values of Community, Accountability and Community.
